GREEK YOGURT AND FRESH BERRIES

In my never-ceasing attempt to eat more healthy, I included yogurt in my grocery shopping list.
As I browsed through the vast selection at the market, I saw this one …  Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt.  It sounded pretty interesting, so I decided to give it a try.

Today, I topped it with fresh raspberries, blackberries, and red currants.  I had this bowl full of “yumminess” for breakfast.

I asked the boys (now 5 and 7 years old) to try it and, to my surprise, they loved it!  They even asked if I could serve it for dinner tonight.  Well, I not too sure about that, but you could definitely say this happy, accidental find was kid-tested and mother-approved.
