In the midst of harsh weather and the cold season, runny noses and stuffy heads are oftentimes par for the course.
We’ve probably all heard it said, “Children don’t come with instruction manuals.” The truth in that statement is certainly evident when our little ones are not feeling well. It is at these times that we, as parents, want to do whatever we can to help our children feel better. Have you ever found yourself wishing you could take on your child’s illness, so they would not have to experience the pain or discomfort that comes along with it?
I believe that it is in these times, our faith in God’s love for our children (and us) is strengthened. We rely on Him to give us the wisdom to care for our loved ones and we trust Him to lovingly see them through.
